Paul Turner Dubai Detainment Relief

My husband, Paul Turner, and I recently traveled to Dubai for my sisters birthday trip. We were having a great time until a terrible incident happened on a jet ski excursion. Paul and another woman(tourist) collided while riding their jet skis. Paul flew off the jet ski and landed in the ocean injury free. The woman was not so fortunate. She sustained major injuries to her hip and pelvis. The witnesses (that work jet ski company) informed us that both parties were at fault, but they still made us pay 7000 dirhams ($2000 usd) on the spot to cover the damages of both jet skis. Paul has had a very hard time knowing that this woman has broken her hip due to the collision. He visited her in the hospital to show his concern.

Police banned both Paul and the other woman from traveling anywhere due to the open case. Last night they allowed the woman and her husband to travel back home to Germany to have surgery and get the medical attention she needed. Paul’s travel ban is still in effect because he has no injuries. He can leave once he pays $50,000 to the woman to close the case. The laws in Dubai are very different from the laws here in the United States. In incidents such as this the injured party has the upper hand even if both parties are at fault. We do not wish to go to court because it will take months to go to trial, and would have to stay in Dubai until court. Paul is desperately anxious to get home to his family. Our 3 children, Farrah(12), Deuce(5), & Cru(5 mos) and myself need him home immediately safe and sound.

Please help me get my husband back home to us.
