Get Patch back on his feet!

Early in the morning of April 8th, Patrick was just steps from his front door when two strangers mugged and shot him. Fortunately, a neighbor heard his cries for help and called 911, and he was quickly taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he was treated for massive blood loss (five bags of blood!) and underwent emergency surgery to repair a vein and nerve in his left shoulder.

Despite the traumatic experience, Patrick (or Patch, as many of us loving call him) has shown remarkable resilience and optimism. He has already started physical therapy to aid in his recovery.

However, Patch is facing significant financial burdens due to the medical expenses, co-pays, and other costs associated with his ordeal. (e.g., first/last month's rent and security deposit at a new, safer home; travel to/from physical therapy appointments; replacing his phone; meals, etc.) His family has also incurred travel expenses to be by his side during this difficult time.

To support Patch, we have set a goal of raising $10,000. Every contribution, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated and will ease the financial burden on Patch and his family.
