get over the hump

Over the past six months have been diagnosed with deterioration of the c-5/c-6 vertebrae., a slipped disk in my lower spine, and today I was diagnosed with Cancer. I'm just about seventy years old and I work two jobs in order to pay our bills. I haven't been able to work since the end of December. I've gone through my money and need help. I need help as soon as possible.
