Help me get to the European Championship in Italy

Hi,

My name is Andrew I am a 24 year old and I have a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2 (SMA type 2) leaving me a full time Powerchair user and require specialised equipment to live my everyday life.

Growing up being disabled I never thought I would have the chance to play football never mind represent my Country at the highest level of competition.

I have been selected to be one of the 8 players to go to the European Championship in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy this September.

This will come with many challenges off the court with the difficulties travelling with my disability, from having to bring specialised equipment, finding accommodation suitable for my needs which is all very costly with lots of planning involved beforehand, and of course the actual travel itself as flying is impossible with the equipment that is required, therefore driving the journey to Italy is the only option.
