Get my taxes paid

Hi, my name is John Bonz Rogers. My car was totaled a few months ago. My insurance paid off my old car and left me with $1800 left. I used that as a down payment and bought a used car at Steve Landers Jeep. I guess I didn’t realize I still owed taxes to get my tags. Now I owe almost $2000 and have no idea how to pay that, and get my tags to make my car legal. Please help. I have exhausted every option and just can’t come up with the funds.
