To give you more clarity, below you will find what it costs, per song, to get an EP professionally mixed and mastered. I have covered costs myself to get the project recorded, but this final step is very important in helping things sound "industry-grade" as an independent artist.

Per song, I pay:

Production (Purchasing explicit rights to the beat) = $300 + conversion fees (bc I'm paying in euros!)

Mixing/Mastering (Getting the song to sound like it was recorded in studio)= $300

# of songs (currently)= 8

$600 * 8 songs = $4,800

I've removed a few songs from the project for the sake of cutting costs where I can, but promise that you will still have the experience you've been so patiently waiting for.

The remaining $3,200 (of the goal) will be allocated toward:

for example: if their hourly rate is $75 for a 6 hr day = $450 + video editing services ≈ $600 total PER visual)

ANY remaining funds will be dedicated to running paid advertisement and digital marketing across social media platforms.

FULL TRANSPARENCY: it takes WAY more than this to work with videographers and artists nowadays, and I do my best to pay everyone what their worth, not just what their owed. I will do my best with whatever you decide to send my way and I pray that God blesses each and every one who donates.
