I hate that I’m doing this because I don’t like asking for help but this is literally my last option. Someone I trusted got my car impounded and has been promising to get it out for 3 weeks. I got a letter saying if I don’t get it out in a certain amount of time they can keep the car. They keep it for 20 days, luckily I called on day 18 so they prolonged it since they had contact with me. I’ve done everything I can to try and get this person to pay and they keep making excuses/ghosting me.

I know this was my fault, I shouldn’t have let someone drive my car, I wouldnt ask if I wasn’t desperate. I still owe $20,000 on the car so if I lose it, I still have to pay for it.

Most people know I’ve had so much bad luck recently and I never ask for anything

Also this person is gonna be held accountable and I will donate everything back, im the darkest place right now and scared.
