Get Mother To Safety

Please help my friend and her two children, age 1 and 12, get to safety. She is in an aggressive situation with her husband and he has cut off her bank accounts, phone, and taken her car keys. She needs to get out of the house, find somewhere to stay, get food and transportation to court, etc. Thank you in advance for your support.
