Meet Mortimer! This precious pup has a spinal injury that has paralyzed him from the waist down, but that isn't stopping Morty from living his best life! Due to some not-so-nice folks who had Morty before, he also has some skin injuries from neglect and abuse. The best way to get this dog on the way to awesome is to get him fitted and into some new wheels!
