Get Milo from pound! Funds, Elysian Fields Horse & Hound San

Milo is a 4 year old desexed male who was privately rehomed after being trained in Victoria.

What we have been told:

Due to a stomatitis diagnosis, his new owner was unable to afford the necessary care and has surrendered him the pound.

As a small rescue we are unable to take him on due to being at full capacity and underfunded. Also, the costs needed to give Milo a good, pain-free life make it hard for us at the moment.

The wonderful Elysian Fields horse and hound sanctuary has stepped in and Milo will be going to her. We are raising funds for Milo and his vet work.

Milo’s Needs:

Milo requires ongoing veterinary care, specifically for his teeth, scale, and Polish every 3 - 6 months, helping reduce the chance of a flare-up. Pain management is crucial.

We need to provide the necessary treatment. It’s not a case of just a loving home. He deserves to have a pain-free life.

Milo has lived with cats and chooks apparently.

We understand this may be a challenging situation, but Milo deserves the chance for his story to be shared.

The wonderful Kate Elysian Fields Horse & Hound Sanctuary will be taking on Milo, Kate Helps horses and greyhounds that find themselves needing a second chance. Rehabilitation and training, a place where all residents get five-star care on their journey to find their forever home.
