Hi, my name is Patricia. Our family is fundraising for medical transportation to move our daughter Michelle from Norfolk, VA to Fairfield, CA throughout her recovery.

I arrived in VA to move Michelle, who is cognitively delayed, to CA. Within 2 days, she nearly died! She was admitted to the neuro critical care unit at Sentara-Norfolk General Hospital with a CVST and bilateral stroke. She was on a ventilator, a central line, and a feeding tube. Our family gathered to say our last goodbyes. But God! While hospitalized, Michelle lost consciousness. Again, we thought we might lose her. Again, God spared her! Now, Michelle is ready to be discharged to skilled nursing because she is unable to take care of herself. Please help us move her from VA where she would be alone, to a facility in CA, where her family lives. Thank you and God bless you.
