Dear family and friends,

I am asking for your help as a birthday wish to raise some funds to get my mercury fillings removed. They have been contributing to increased levels of heavy metals in my body which has then been negatively impacting my gut health. As I turn 32 today my biggest wish for the year ahead is to heal my gut and an essential part of that is getting these fillings removed.

I know myself well enough at this stage that saving up for and investing in my health is something I struggle with. I could easily let another decade go by without sorting this which is why I'm asking for your support.
