**UPDATE: after much encouragement from friends&family, we are raising the goal amount. Our friends said that we should increase that number so that we can have a proper vacation to celebrate as soon-to-be fiancés! We are hoping to raise enough funds to cover: tickets to Harry Potter World, one dinner at Celebrity Chef Richard Blais’ Four Flamingos(at the hotel for Expo), Disneyland(‘Land here in Cali is more feasible than ‘World for my physical limitations), Whale Watching, Airbnb in Cali(Sean’s allergies), and ground transportation/gas Thank you everyone for your donations and continued support
My name is Linette Roungchun and this is my boyfriend of 3 years, Sean Dillnutt. We are an #interabled #ldr #tsw couple that met online through our #topicalsteroidwithdrawal #community You might have heard of us if you’ve been present in this skin space through our stories, our advocacy work, our love story, The Itch Factor, Preventable, Skin On Fire(all available on YouTube), or our Global Meetups.
I’m currently fighting for Disability as I’ve been unable to secure stable work since 2018. I was ignorantly optimistic for years, thinking that I would heal from TSW miraculously in just a few more months…and then just another year. I am now in my 4th year and now that I have extreme mobility issues, I have finally accepted that I am disabled, and only recently was able to apply for disability. (Navigating your healthcare and low-income benefits on your own without a caretaker or case worker whilst going through TSW is incredibly difficult. I don’t recommend it).

In full transparency, a breakdown of the costs we need covered is in the caption. This time, we are only asking for help to cover costs for Expo, not for our extended trip, because we are really working hard to cover that part ourselves! (Some costs are estimated based on prices currently listed on the hotel website or Hopper)

- Uber/Lyft: (30mins = $50) MCO to Hyatt Regency is about a 30min drive so to and fro [$100]
