Hello, my name is Lola Shearer. I have been accepted onto the Musical Theatre BA Hons course at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts- one of the UK’s top drama schools!

For me this is a dream come true. I have always wanted to train at a place that specialises in my biggest passion in life, and ever since I attended my first round of auditions at Mountview I felt it was the place I was destined to spend the next three years. This offer is truly a life changing moment because it could be the training I need to launch my career into the industry.

However, student finance loans do not cover the whole tuition fee, instead it leaves a remaining £10000 a year. I am applying for as many scholarships and bursaries as I can but this still will not be enough to cover the fees, let alone living costs and course materials. Because of this I am asking for your help.
