Hi my name is Jim I am fundraising for myself my wife and I have been stuck in a hotel for 2 months trying to find an apartment that accept wheelchairs. It has been a long slog and the hotel price is killing me it runs $500 a week whereas my apartment would run at approximately half of that. We are awaiting certain programs to become available and so far I am two weeks out of getting out of this hotel however the funds will not last until such a Time

I am a double amputee totally independent. Life in the hotel has been very trying.

The washing machines have been broken for two weeks my wife has been hand washing in the sink the owners of this hotel will do nothing to get it fixed they could care less. The hotel is very substandard however very clean. I need to get my life back on track and without the use of this hotel I will totally be homeless with no place to go. Any help we can get would be absolutely appreciated I have been dealing with social workers the since. Handing over the information has taken months and they keep asking for more .
