Get me home to Humboldt

Hey loves,
As many of you know, the last couple of years have been rough. The studio closed 5 months after opening due to Covid, and in the midst of all of that my marriage fell apart. Brendan and I are in a really good place, but divorce is still really freaking hard, and I'm trying to get back on my feet and relieve some of the financial burden on him, and get to a place that's better for my heart and soul, which is Humboldt. I have his full support in this, as he knows that being here in Fort Bragg has taken a toll on my mental health over the years.
Starting next Monday, August 1st, I have a full-time job and an apartment lined up, but I've been sick and have missed a bit of work and need some help with moving costs. I know I'll land on my feet when I get there, but need a little help with the leap.
I haven't wanted to ask for help from anyone, but I don't have much of a choice at this point. So, I'm sending out this heartfelt plea to help if you can. My house is currently on the market and is being shown prolifically, and my hope is that it will sell within the next month or two to give me some financial grace. That being said, I'm happy to consider any contributions as loans, and pay them back when the house does sell.
The $3000 I'm asking for would cover my first month's rent and deposit, and allow some extra for a moving truck and the overlap of utilities as I slowly transition up north. I have decided to do part-time in each place for the first month to ease the transition for Zeplyn, and not switch her schools until I am fully settled. It will also allow some grace as I end one job and begin another, which often creates a little bit of lag in income.
I wish I could do this all on my own, and if I wasn't a mama I probably could, but my time with Zeplyn is precious to both of us, and I'm trying to find ways to give her the life she deserves both materially and in regards to time spent with me. As it is I've given up some nights with her to work extra shifts and it's always hard on both of us.
If you're able to help out at all, even with $5 or $10, it would mean the world to me, or if you can share this with any mutual friends you think might be able to help. I'm not sharing it on my Facebook page, as it's a big scary thing for me to ask and I'd rather keep it to my close friends and family.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you are all doing well.
Lots of love,
Michelle & Zeplyn
