This is our Dream & Our Wish
4 years ago I received a message congratulating me on being on masterchef from an unknown face on the other side of the world ... I replied thank you and forward to November 2017...
After another failed relationship and being unemployed for 1 year after doing some real soul searching I received a friend request on FB one morning, it was from that unfamiliar face from 4 years ago..., I accepted.
What began as a few messages about each other’s home country and food stuff soon turned into something quite unexpected... we were video chatting 8 hours a day and couldn’t get enough of each other ( digitally)...
On a Day late November we decided we wanted to meet, but neither of us had the money.... so I did the only thing I could for this once in a lifetime risk... I sold my car.
This gave me enough for the airfare, visa, insurance and a simple Swarovski ring...
After much running around and getting my visa literally the day before I was leaving I arrived after 32 hours of traveling in Tromso, Norway
It was the most surreal moment of my life meeting this woman from the other end of the phone...
Our Christmas together was nothing less than a miracle and a dream come true..
After meeting her family and “seeing” in 2018 together we knew our time left together was short...
So on January 6th 2018 outside a restaurant in the snow and in my suit I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me ....
Her answer was ... YES !
Leaving was never going to be easy but I did it with no further plans or not knowing when we would meet again...
We continued our conversations , even more so but soon realized we had to be together again...
March 2018 ....
After maxing the credit card and help from some family and friends , Marte arrived in South Africa and we were now united again.
We spent an amazing 3 weeks together and although low on money , just being together was enough... but soon this time together too came to an end ...
Marte is the most caring person I have ever met , her love and compassion for animals and humans is second to none ... If anyone deserves this it’s her... together we can be united forever with your help
May 2018....... NOW!!!!!!
I am trying to raise the amount of money so that we can get married in the Court in tromso, Norway.
No wedding or anything yet due to our financial strain. We just want to get the legality of being married done so that we can start the process of spending the rest of our lives together NOT DIGITALLY!
Our wedding in the church will come later once we are together ...
AND....
After all that if there is enough money left so that I can return in December so that we may spend our first Christmas together and hopefully stay indefinitely ..... that would be amazing and a miracle ...
