Help Maia Attend a Prestigious Acting Program!

Hi, my name is N'Jeri and I'm raising funds for my incredible niece Maia Sanaa.

From the very beginning, Maia has been a larger than life creative spirit. She's an actress, singer and a writer. Her work has even been mentioned in Pitchfork !

For the past three years, Maia has attended Boston University on a full-ride to study acting. She has just completed a run as the lead in The Boston University School of Theater's production of FUCKING A written by Suzan-Lori Parks.

And this last month, she was nominated by her peers to attend The Link Program, hosted by the Norwalk Conservatory for the Arts. It "aims to bring the most skilled performing arts college students from around the world into a collective community." This three week, highly selective program not only helps young artists to hone their craft but also connects them with influential professionals to provide guidance and great connection to the industry. It can provide students an opportunity to walk away from the program with an agent. And many go on to star on Broadway or book roles in TV and film.

We are raising $7500 to cover the costs of Maia's participation in the Link Program. The funds will be used for the following:
