Hi guys! My name is Madison Clark, i'm 23 years old and i'm raising money to get to the Mayo Clinic next month. 10 years ago i was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and have been fighting it ever since. I have tried every medication and treatment over the years and seen a countless amount of doctors trying to get into and stay in remission. Unfortunately, my disease hasn't responded to any medication and has progressed because of it. I have been hospitalized for extended periods twice in the last month and 4 times in the last year due to my current flare up plus countless visits to the emergency room. Every doctor i have seen recently has told me that no one in my city can help me and that they don't even want to try to take me on. They told me the only thing i can do is try Mayo Clinic to see if they would be willing to help.

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Mayo on September 20th! However, i wasn't prepared for the cost. With having to miss so much work and cutting my hours way back due to extreme pain and fatigue, i have no way to pay for this trip or the medical expenses. I can't miss out on this appointment. I'm scared this is my last chance at becoming healthy and finally getting a break from this disease. I'm ready to finally start my life and i need your help.
