Hi my name is Cheyanne. I am Levi’s mum. Levi was born with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. He is in need of an activity chair and wheelchair. Levi has been accepted into the at home program but they only cover a portion of the costs for these items. He has already got a walker, standing frame, and bath seat. We are needing upwards of 10k extra funding to get Levi the proper equipment he is in need of to live a happy life. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
