For those who do not know and for those who may have heard my sister-in law, Leslie Torres found out she had cancer in 2017. The cancer she has is called neuroendocrine cancer. If any of you know of Neuroendocrine cancer then you know that it’s a quiet cancer. Leslie found out she had the neuroendocrine tumors in her stomach. At the time, it didn’t pose as a threat to her life. But she has gone through chemo and surgeries to remove the tumors and to continue living her best life. As time went on, it seemed to be getting better, yet the tumors still existed in her body. Unfortunately, about a month ago in July, Leslie hurt her back at work. As time went on, she was dealing with excoriating pain in her back. She had a meeting to go see her doctor, who told her, her cancer has came back and has spread through out the body, including the spinal area. She has not been able to walk since. They told our family she has months to two years to live. Although, what we were told was not good news, we knew we had to act quickly to put together money. There is a hospital called CHIPSA in Tijuana, Mexico that treats cancer the organic, healthy, and alternative way. They also have a high surviving rate for their patients. Just a couple days ago, she had surgery to remove the tumor that is on her spinal cord so that she can walk and go back to living life to the best of her ability. Unfortunately, we were told the worst news we possibly could hear... The doctors told us that she only has weeks to months to live. For those who are reading this, you now know what rush we are in to raise money and get Leslie to CHIPSA as soon as possible. The cost for the hospital in CHIPSA is $35,000. The $5,000 extra would be for any house bills or hospital bills coming her way. She is 23 with a 4 year old daughter, who needs to see her daughter grow. She has a husband and family members counting on her to make it through. We are not taking no to her death as an answer. We have faith in God, positivity, and strength to get her there, we just need some help. So if you can, please donate, share, or give us power of prayer to get her there and get her back to her daughter. Thank you!
