Leo is a dedicated and talented boxer with a passion for the sport that has spanned most of his life. At 29 years old, Leo has overcome challenges and shown remarkable resilience. He began boxing at the age of 12, Leo took a 10-year hiatus from the age of 17, and recently made a triumphant comeback in Lilydale just four weeks ago — where he faced a former Irish national champion. This performance has earned him an incredible opportunity to compete in the World Amateur Championships in Dubai.

To pursue this dream, Leo has made significant personal sacrifices, including reducing his work hours to focus fully on his training. He trains under the guidance of his coach, Guy Moon, at Guy Moon Boxing, and both Leo and Guy will be traveling to Dubai from November 30th to December 14th for this prestigious event.
