Help Me Get My Car Back and Stay on Track

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out today with deep humility and hope. After nearly a year of inconsistent work and financial instability, I finally landed a stable job here in Seattle. It’s been a long road — I moved here for a position that promised just shy of $100K annually, but when that opportunity fell through, I had to rely on family support and limited unemployment benefits just to stay afloat.

Despite everything, I’ve been doing my best to keep going, working hard to catch up on bills and responsibilities that piled up while I was underemployed. My car, essential for getting to work and managing life in Seattle, was one of the things I fell behind on.

And just as I was set to make my first back payment, on one of the first paychecks that wasn’t already spoken for, I walked outside and my car was gone. Repossessed.

I have until the end of this week to make things right:

• Pay the past due amount to the bank and the crazy interest

• Reinstate my car insurance

• Cover the fees from the company currently holding my car

In total, I need to raise $3,800 to get my car back and keep moving forward.
