Get Kye to Thailand

Kye has SMA Type 2. (spinal muscular atrophy) This is a degenerative genetic disorder. At this point he has never crawled or walked but is able to sit independently for a short time. Knowing the great results from stem cell therapy we contacted Beike Biotechnology. After sending numerous forms, medical reports etc we heard that Kye has been accepted for cord stem cell treatment at the Better Being Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.  This therapy can stop/slow the degeneration and NGF, nerve growth factor, can promote the process of generating neurons from stem cells. At best we are hoping Kye may walk and at the least the degeneration will be stopped so that he may live as near normal life as possible.  This is all very expensive and we are asking if you are able to help us should you be in a position to do so. Every little bit adds up and we need approximately  $50,000 for treatment and stay in hospital for the month it will take for treatment.  We are booked to go from 2nd May till 26th May.
