Launched in the winter of 2020, ˈnü / ˈvībz Events was born during a deeply impactful time. While on mandatory quarantine & like many others across the nation, I was furloughed from what I considered my dream job. I knew then it was time for me to refocus.

I've always had a passion for event planning. I have over eight years of event coordinating experience, ranging from ticketing & festivals to fundraising galas. I've worked for various organizations such as the Brooklyn Academy of Music, The World Science Festival, Tribeca Film Festival/Institute, & others.

I knew that my next position would be one working full-time in events.

Making the decision to invested in me, the universe presented an opportunity for me to expand my knowledge ad understanding of event planning with a course presented by Karleen Roy of The Vanity Group. 

She then presented the opportunity to join the course on the scholarship( my entry:  Although I wasn't selected, she gave all those who entered the scholarship a discounted price. Which was great! I still need your help to cover.
