Hi everyone. I am John Nance, and I am very excited to share that I have qualified to compete in the 2025 Junior Gold Championships in July. Junior Gold is the "proving ground" for youth to develop their skills to eventually compete for Team USA and is one of the biggest youth bowling tournaments in the country! This is an amazing opportunity for me to compete against some of the best young bowlers in the nation, grow as an athlete and a person, while representing Tallahassee on a big, national stage!

Bowling became my passion from the very first day I threw a ball last summer. Though I have only been bowling for 11 months, I've accomplished a lot this year: 3rd at the Landen Memorial Tournament; 1st at the Capital City Youth Tournament; 11th out of 244 entries in my age group at the Florida State Pepsi Youth Championship (averaging 223 over 6 games). All the countless hours practicing, competing, and working hard were directed toward earning a spot at Junior Gold this year, and now that I've qualified, I need your help to make the trip possible.

All funds raised will go toward travel, lodging, food, and tournament expenses to send me to Green Bay, WI from Tallahassee, FL for the 8-day trials. EVERY donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to making my dream a reality. If you can donate, great!
