Jaycee is 11 years old an All-star cheer is her life. She also has Alopecia and has been bald since she was 4 years old. Alopecia is an auto immune disease that basically makes it so her body fights against her hair. Cheer is where she feels confidence and strong. For her hair doesn't matter and no one on her team cares that she doesn't have hair. At competitions other kids tell her how amazing she did. It really helps her self esteem. On January 12th Jaycee's senior 2 team competed at GLCC Cornhusker National and they won. The next day day they got a Summit bid to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This will be Jaycee's first time going to Disney and first time traveling to a big competition like Summit. We are starting a go fund me to help raise money to get Jaycee to Summit. The
funds raised will pay for Jaycee travel, competition fees, hotel fees and mom to go with. Mom Nicole is on disability because of her health she just found out a couple years ago she doesn't have an immune system and because of that a rare lung disease. Anything over the $2500, we will use to help get X-factor spirit gifts, team practice tops, and team Summit t-shirts and the remaining we will donate to Children's Alopecia Project to help other kids with alopecia.
