A single woman in our community is in urgent need of assistance with her car. She took her vehicle to the dealership for a routine service, but since July 2025, it has not been running properly.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through both the local and corporate offices, the dealership has not been helpful. There are ongoing warranty concerns, and she has been without reliable transportation for several months. She has received transportation help from friends and family but this is not a long term solution.
