Support Adaptive Riders with Disabilities

Hey, I’m James Kovavevic. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2015. Since then my life has taken a different direction that nobody saw coming. With, many relapsing flare ups, I have had to retrain and relearn many things that we too often take for granted. My latest flare up was particularly challenging as I had to relearn how to talk, walk, and then SNOWBOARD!!!

I am now pursuing my dream as an Adaptive Athlete Snowboarder. “Mountain Surfers” is the team we created to welcome other athletes to join and hope to provide a support element to others who are going down a similar road.
