TLDR: I am asking for money for the next step of my transition, an orchiectomy, which I would like to get before they ban it completely.

At the beginning of my transition I didn’t think I would ever be interested in any surgeries, however about a month ago all that changed. I had a moment of clarity and ease and comfort come across me and realized how much I wanted the next steps to happen.

The problem, because I was off for 6 months last summer I don’t have an adequate amount of vacation time to backfill the short term disability during recovery.

My original plan was to have the procedure in January when I had vacation days again but due to the “Big Beautiful piece of BS” bill and the potential for all trans healthcare to disappear, I want to get done what I can while I can.

At the moment Sarah is going to school and not working so I need to make up some of the difference. That is where you come to help out!
