Get home to Michigan. Medical conditions.

Hi my name is Eric Malasky. I recently lost the ability to walk on my own. I have had health problems for a couple years now. I survived lung cancer last year as well as undergoing a cervical laminectomy. Medical bills and the inability to work have virtually wiped out any savings I had. I am in need of getting back to Michigan where I have family to help me on this journey. My mental health has suffered as well. I don't know what else to say, I just hope that I have the strength to get through this smoothly and that I've enough people to support me in this challenge. God bless you.
