Get Henry to Hobart

Henry is one of a kind.
Scholar. Athlete. Activitist.
His list of achievements too numerous to recount, but matched by his kind spirit and giving heart.
He worked and lead various projects to help his community while a student at The School of Social Justice at MCLC in Los Angeles, while maintaining top marks in all his classes. No challenge was too great for him to overcome on his own, until now.
Henry needs our help to get to Hobart and Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York and pursue a career in engineering. He’s worked and saved his earnings, and applied and won scholarships, but he’s still a bit shy of the first year’s tuition and needs the basics for a Southern California boy to make it through a New York winter.
Already, people who personally know Henry have happily given what they can, procuring him luggage, a computer, and paying for his orientation, but he is very close to giving up on his dream school.
Please help by giving anything you can for this extraordinary young man I’ve had the pleasure of calling my student for the last four years.
Funds raised will go toward:
-$2000 tuition gap
-travel expenses
-basic dorm essentials
-transportation
-books and school supplies
-winter attire
-meals
-personal expenses
