Get Hailey out of Israel

Hi! As many people know, my daughter, Hailey, has been in Israel since Sept 1st for a well-renowned dance program. The program was supposed to run through Jan 2024. Hailey worked 3 and 4 jobs at a time to save the $10k for this program (plus more $ for the cost of the round trip plane ticket) to make this dream of hers possible. The program included housing and some food. Due to the unforeseen Hamas attack, the dance program is not running yet they haven’t officially canceled it. Since they haven’t canceled it, no money has been refunded (and the refund policy is yet to be determined).

Hailey’s dance roommate happened to be from Tel Aviv so Hailey and 3 other dancers have been staying at her roommate’s home, sleeping in their safe room, while trying to make arrangements to get out of Israel. Hailey’s has had 2 flights canceled without refunds yet. She has a flight scheduled for Friday from Israel to Germany while hoping that one doesn’t get canceled, too. She’ll be staying in Germany until at least December and plans to find whatever work there that she can while trying to attend some dance classes. She and the other dancers are trying to make the best out of this unimaginable turn of events. Because the dance program expense was paid in advance by Hailey, all of this additional expense of new housing, plane tickets, ground travel, food, warm clothing for Germany, etc, is quickly depleting the money she had left. She is too proud to ask for help and NEVER once asked me for money over the years, but I know how HARD this girl worked to make this happen and know she could really use some financial assistance. It never crossed my mind to create this account until a concerned friend of mine suggested starting one for her. Any assistance, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated and go directly to Hailey.
