get guiness going good(surgery needed)

hello.my name is will and guiness is my pet dog.not only is she my pet,she is a registered emotional support animal who helps me get through every day.as for me i am a disabled  navy veteran living with a severe degenerative disease that is progressing that prevents me from working and makes daily  tasks and functions challenging.guiness is a constant beacon of light that is always there helping me no matter how dark some days can get.unfortunately she recently severely damaged one of her hind legs which needs surgery for an ACL tear and EXTRA-CAPSULAR REPAIR.she is only 7 years young,with many years ahead of her,so to say that surgery would be life altering would be an understatement.she is scheduled for surgery on APRIL 1st(her birthday).i am on disability(ssdi) that helps pay my bills for which i am grateful,but does not leave me with money at months end.please help me help the one who never stops helping and give  guiness the best birthday present that will TRULY last a lifetime.any donation that you would be able to help would be truly appreciated.i thank you all and am looking forward to a wonderful APRIL FOOLS DAY.
