Hi everyone!
On July 3rd, I was selected as a candidate for one of NYU's highly competitive programs, the Music Industry Essentials. As the founder of an entertainment company, it is imperative to expand my knowledge, not only for myself, but for the future of Legend Entertainment. I have been working diligently to elevate the platform and this is the opportunity to take it to new heights!
Due to COVID-19, I have been laid off from my job in Atlanta and have since moved back home to DC. I've struggled to find a steady job, as the economy teeters back and forth between reopening or staying closed. I decided to create a GoFundMe because I only have 6 DAYS to enroll before my spot is forfeited to another candidate. Gracefully, because everything must be virtual, once I pay the one time fee, I will receive all necessary materials from NYU to be successful online and upon completion, I will be certified by the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU.
This is truly dear to my heart and to be selected has been a dream come true. I would be so grateful and appreciative if I could attend this session, please share with your friends and family and tell them Greer got into NYU ;)
