Get GoldenGriffiness a New Laptop

GoldenGriffiness, a dear friend close to my heart, is in dire need of a new, high quality laptop to continue her artwork. Her current one is dying and not going to last much longer and if she loses it she loses her ability to engage in the art she wants to practice, as well as access to the online community through which she makes money via commissions. 

Plus, we'd stop being able to interact with her and that would really, really suck.

She can't afford a new laptop of her own, so we're stepping in to help ensure she gets the one she needs. 

The funds will be used solely for the purchase of a laptop, as well as insurance and protection for it to ensure that it won't be easily damaged and should it be damaged it can be more easily replaced. 

I will be the one set up for withdrawals, due to complications with Goldie's bank account and her request. Upon withdrawal I will immediately use the funds to buy her the laptop of her choice and ship it to her. 

Getting Goldie a new laptop would be a huge relief to me and her (as well as all her close friends), as I don't want her art to stop, or to lose my chance to talk with her and so we'd both be supremely grateful to any support we get, no matter how small.

I am personally pledging an additional $682.59 USD to this campaign, in addition to what's here, and this number will rise as I earn money myself. This amount is not shown on the pledge here simply because of the reason stated above: the funds will be sent to me, where I can use them to buy Goldie a laptop. Sending them to Go Fund Me to be an official amount on the pledge would just lose me money.

So consider the total amount listed on the pledge as including whatever amount I've stated I'm pledging.
