I have been accepted to the Physician Assistant program at Colorado Mesa University! I feel so blessed and overjoyed to receive this opportunity, and many of you have witnessed the countless hours I’ve spent studying in undergrad, working through the pandemic, and writing endless essays for this dream.

PA school is extremely demanding and expensive, and students are strongly discouraged from working during the two years. But once I graduate, I will have the skills and knowledge to make a difference in the healthcare system as a compassionate mid level provider.

The program accepted me at the end of November, and classes start in January, so I am, to put it lightly, frantically scrambling to make this happen! I now am asking my family and friends who can (I know times are tough, I do not expect anything from anyone) to help fund my cross country move. This money will go towards gas, food, and a down payment on an apartment while I wait for loan approvals
