Our talented Ellie has been awarded a part scholarship at the fabulous Wilkes Academy. She is the most hard working and talented 16year old girl who has been dancing at Hunter Theatre Arts since the age of 5 year old and coupled with her singing and acting talents, dreams of a career in the West End.

Ellie could have possibly gained some funding from various performing arts organisations/charities, however due to COVID they’re no longer taking applications and the cost of fees and accommodation are around £1000 per month! 

Her family have tried so many charities that usually help with youth and education but most can’t help because;

a) she is an individual and it won’t benefit a full team/group,

b) she’s not a registered charity,

c) they simply do not have the funding due to Covid restrictions and not being able to raise anything.

She doesn’t qualify for a single bit of help from the government, not even in the form of student finance because she’s not yet 18/at Uni entry level.
