Hi, I'm Sam and I'm here to ask you to help get my best friend Donna and her wife Steph home from South Africa and back to Hartlepool after a devastating cancer diagnosis. Donna has been diagnosed with cancer in her lung, pancreas, liver and now it has spread to her brain and abdomen. I don't like talking in stages as it's too heartbreaking but time is very short to get her here before she gets any more poorly and so we need to very quickly raise money for flights, visas and insurance. I have known Donna for nearly 40 years and she is a fighter and I truly believe once we get her home and into a natural treatment programme, there is a chance she will defy all odds. I understand what truly difficult financial times we are living in right now, so if you can afford to donate anything, you really will be making a difference. Together we can get her home.
