Hello, my name is Dean, I’m a 22 year old trans man and have been out since I was 13. On my medical transitioning journey, I was denied puberty blockers since 15 after a 2 year wait making me lose motivation to carry on with transitioning as a teenager. The other option being I wait another 3 years to be put on a far longer waiting list, just to possibly not even receive the surgeries I need.

Now puberty is over and the NHS waiting list is longer than I can bear to wait, I am asking for donations and payments from performances/ photography to get me there.

I’m in the process of going to Nordesthetics in Lithuania for top surgery, this costs £3,585 plus flight fees, accommodation, and rent for the month I will have to be off work.
