Hi everyone! We are Orange Slice Productions and we are delighted to be bringing our debut show ‘Crime of Pass-ee-On’ to this year’s Edinburgh Fringe! This is an incredibly exciting project, but also pretty expensive – and we need your help.

The show: Entirely set in an interrogation room, three expats are being investigated for the murder of their friend, Emilie Dubois, after getting caught stealing evidence from a camera store. Someone else has already been arrested for the crime, but Detective Jean-Paul John, aggressively French and a little camp, doesn't buy it. He senses something fishy is going on with these friends – and it's not l'escargot. They all have motives, but which one was enough to push them over the edge... along with Emilie to her death?

Why this show: We are all really excited to be working on this show. It’s madcap, it’s funny, it’s relatable. We hope to offer an escape for audience members from any turmoil they might be experiencing in their personal lives by encouraging them to join us in our weird little story – we’re definitely a good fit for our late night timeslot!

We’re also all particularly excited about the prospect of Fringe because, as a group of Scotland-based emerging creatives, getting to perform at the Fringe is an incredible opportunity that will offer us so many development opportunities. Throughout the Fringe, there is an incredible diversity of talent on display, and audiences and reviewers are constantly seeking out new and exciting shows to discover. For us, this provides an unparalleled opportunity to reach a large and engaged audience, to meet other artists and industry professionals, and to receive feedback and recognition from peers and critics alike.

How will the funds be used? Money raised through our GoFundMe will be used to help cover venue cost, as well as helping us buy set, insurance and posters and flyers.
