Get Cinetico To Nationals

Thank you for taking the time to read about this fund raiser! This is "the old man"... or as we now know him, Cinetico De Vitral! He is a Paso fino, and was quite a king in the show world! Unfortunately he was sold in 2013 without papers, and disappeared from the world. He was a top performance stallion at the time.

Several years passed and this poor guy was gelded and who knows what he endured. He ended up in the hands of a friend who rescued him. I went a day or so after they rescued him and brought him home. I was not sure he would even make the 3 hour trip back here he was in such bad condition! But he did, thankfully. And immediately the refeeding program started, only to be complicated by finding out he has no front teeth! But that was ok, we just soak his feed into a mash now! He started gaining weight and looking good within a week! As he continued to gain weight, his personality started to really show! We finally decided to ride him in the round pen, and he was a good slow mover. I said that he would be a good old trail horse and decided to take him into the arena to ride him. Well, We made it about 50 feet into the arena, and he stopped. I said to myself, ok, he needs a minute to adjust. Well, adjust he did! When he realized where he was, the head came up, the chest came out and he immediately went into show mode! WOW WHAT A RIDE! I knew then he had been someone in the show world. I did a DNA test on him, and found out his history, and even got in contact with his last known owner, who was thrilled to know what happened to his horse since his son sold him while he was in the hospital! Long story I know, but I am coming to a close here, so bear with me! After word got out about him being found and rehabbed, people have been following his story and sending him well wishes! The local news even ran a rags to riches piece on him! We have also been asked to take him to NATIONALS this September in Ocala, Florida and show him in the rescue class! Where his old owner would like to come see him! So the purpose of this fund raiser is to ask for help in getting to nationals this year! We need to raise the funds to get him there, pay for gas, his stall at nationals, and miscellaneous that goes along with going to a big show! So We would appreciate your help getting there, and you can even watch him live on the feed while he is showing! And thank you to the lady who rode him in 2006 in the Junior Class for sending me the pictures of him in his glory days!
