Help Sloane get his car out of repo, and bills caught up.

Well, it has finally happened. This is what I am dealing with, I am sorry if it looks gross, but this is what happens when the Medical System doesn't work, and they dismiss real medical issues as "psychosis" and treat me like I was "imagining" the feelings I was having in my neck and eventually moved to my chin....I did not post what happened last weekend, because it was not good. I lost a lot of blood and I had to have 4 blood transfusions over 3 days. The abcess on my chin was bleeding uncontrollably and I had to call 911. The Paramedics took me to Dunedin Mease for 4 days. I was released after my Hemoglobin dropped to 4.8 then stayed steady at 7. During all these episodes I have gotten behind on my bills. Because who can work while in the Hospital? Plus having this in my system has made me tired, hard time concentrating, memory loss, confusion, muscle weakness, and insomnia amongst the numerous skin issues this has caused. I was behind on my bills because of this...and everytime I would get a bit caught up, I would have something happen, mostly with my throat and now chin and scalp. This has slowly progressed and I live everyday with this in my system, and it has consumed my Life. I have NO LIFE.. I have NO ANSWERS, Except for the Biopsy report from my chin, from the wound culture. I posted the results in the pictures of what they found. My EMERGENCY is my car got towed away. It is my LifeLine. I have no job if I have no car. To make matters worse. I do not have a place to live as of May 9th. I was going to stay in my car and travel while Ubering and save up money. I am supposed to have Surgery on my chin and the Head of Neck and Head surgery at Tampa General is going to cut out whatever this is that has my chin and neck swollen and gross. I don't know what else to do, I have pawned nearly everything of value and just paid my Insurance and Phone. I have to get this car back, and I am out of ideas. I will make as many mixes as I can, trade DJ gigs for any help to get my car back this week. I am at a loss. I am so close to getting my health back, only to again have another friggin setback. So I will ask this final time. If anyone can help just a little bit. I can get my car back and get back to work.. A lot of little bits add up. ANYTHING is helpful.. and my EGO says do not post this, but screw pride right now. Reality is slapping me in the face...the one I have been covering up because of my medical issues..so... Sincerely, I am asking for help in this dillema. I know not what else to do. All the money goes to paying for the car to be released free and clear and additional late payment and fees. $1475 is the total with towing and storage fees. I crunched some numbers with my Uncle. I still have to pay one more overdue car payment and I have insurance due in a week. So he suggested to bump it up so that I am not right back unable to drive due to no insurance. Which BTW went up because of that accident in November when I was cut off on the Veterans and hit the safety rail which destroyed my other car. I even had the ticket dismissed. But just my luck, 2 idiots rear ended me after I struck the rail, nothing major. They were walking around just fine, they are the ones who told me what my car did since I didn't know what I hit. They sued my Insurance for injuries and Progressive PAID them. So my Insurance went from $230 to $480 a month. I will also need a few days off after surgery to recover. So, I didn't think about that. Since I will have no rent, or cable, electric, or water bills. I should be able to get caught up by the end of May with NO other bills. I have a place to keep my stuff. (Uncle's Garage) with my Dj equipment accessible inside the house. It's not that I am getting kicked out, it is that his Mother has Alzheimers and Dimentia and needs to be here close to him. So, if I can reach the $2500 mark, it puts me even. Thank you all so much, I want my Life back, my health is my number one priority, once that has been restored, I can confidently work with no issues. Get my Post Office Job back with a few letters and yes, I am taking Legal Action against the Doctors who are Negligent and the Hospital. Stayed tuned for a Legal Battle for this could have been avoided, and now I am scarred, and permanently disfigured for Life. As well, as Physical pain and mental suffering. I thank you all... YOU are my family, my friends, and my only reason to not truly give up.. Once this money goes into the Bank Account, my car will be the first thing I get. I will keep everyone posted, Love you guys.
