Hi, my name is Aly and I am fundraising for my mom who has lost everything in the Lahaina fires. At this point, all we have heard from her was that she made it to a shelter and lost everything. She evacuated with only the clothes on her back.

Because she doesn't have a phone and the cell service is down in the area, communication has been minimal.

I am starting this fund to help her get back on her feet.

The money will go towards the essentials delivered directly to my mom:

She was sad to leave Hawaii in 2000 and it was always her dream to move back and be a part of the island again. She was finally able to do that last year and we are so proud of her. It's devastating to see what has happened to Lahaina and I don't want her to lose hope in this new life she's created for herself.

We understand times are tough. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help get my mom back to living in the place she feels most at home.
