Hi, my name is Britta Farley. I was nominated by my Literature teacher for the Junior National Young Leadership Conference that takes place in Washington, D.C. this June. Much to my surprise, I was accepted to attend and speak at this conference. This conference could truly be life-changing for me. My future goals are to attend Yale or Brown and to become a lawyer. As an eighth-grader, I know this conference can help me achieve my goals by providing me with the proper tools needed in leadership and communication skills that are vital to being a leader and a lawyer. My mom is Special Education Teacher and was able to provide the down payment but being a single mom is hard and I have decided to set up this gofundme, with her permission, to help with the cost of this amazing opportunity. What will your donation help with? Your donation will allow me to reach my fundraising goal, which will pay for the conference and travel to and from D.C.
