Hi everyone! This is Boh, he is my best pal, partner in crime, adventure buddy and more. I rescued Boh about two years ago, when he came to me he was scared of people, extremely timid and had started to go blind. Now as we are coming up on his third birthday he has grown so much! He wants to be everyones best friend, and he has become increasingly confident! Amongst all this growth, his eyes have continually gotten worse. At the most recent Vet visit, the Vet told me that he has matured cataracts, and if I do not take care of them he is much more at risk for glaucoma. This would mean I would have to have his eyes removed. The Vet recommended that I consider Lens Replacement surgery, but to note that this surgery is very expensive. But she assured me that it would correct his vision 100% and would be worth it since Boh is so young. This surgery can range anywhere form $3000-6000... and as much as I would love to say I have that saved, I do not. This is where I come to you all asking for help. Thankfully, to the wonderful people on tiktok, they raised enough money for his consultation appointment ($125+), and that has taken a huge stress off already. And then rest of their funds will be added to this campaign as well. The funds raised would be used strictly for his surgery, prescriptions and any other medical cost. Any additional money after that would be donated to the my local animal shelter in West Valley City, Utah. I know this is a stretch, but it would be a Christmas miracle to be able to give Boh his vision back. I know with it being Christmas time money can be tight.
