Hey! I’m Bobby Broon.

In June 2024 I realised I couldn’t keep making the same mistakes over and over and expecting things to change. I left my job, signed on, and started properly working on my mental health and resilience. I went to the doctors and got put on a long waiting list for therapy.

Less than a year later, bored, depressed, and needing a creative outlet, I started making videos about my life and about Glasgow. In September 2025 I started posting videos about my shed, where I hand out coffees to folk who need one.

Fast forward to January 2026 and my channel is blowing up. I’ve been in therapy for six weeks now and for the first time in a long time I’m starting to dare to hope that I might have a future that isn’t just rotting away locked in my house!

One of my main goals this year is to get my driving licence. My provisional expires in May so time really is of the essence. Being able to drive would give me the freedom to take on more work, earn properly again, and start paying down the debt I built up while I was unwell, instead of being stuck in survival mode.

It would also let me travel, show up in more places, and keep spreading a bit of laughter and coffee to folk who need it.

I’m currently on Universal Credit and after deductions I’m “earning” about £340 a month, which makes paying for lessons and tests on my own impossible.

Loads of people have asked if they can help, and this is a way for anyone who wants to support me to do so, while also being able to follow the progress along the way.

Any money raised will go towards driving lessons, theory and practical test fees, and the essential costs of getting on the road.

I appreciate every single person who chips in, shares the page, or sends me a good luck message. It genuinely means the world to me!
