On Friday the 13th of October, a scumbag who will not be named while justice awaits stole Bill's Jeep, his pride and joy, from his garage, one week after he finally got it out of the shop where it had lived for the better part of a year. The next day, it was recovered... completely trashed and stripped to the frame. He's devastated.
