Hi all. I just arrived in Mexico. My friends elderly mother, Beverly Griggs, (from San leandro) had a bad fall on Sunday, 11/6/16, here in Mazatlan. She has bleeding on her brain and has had 2 surgeries here since Sunday. She is in critical condition and in an induced coma. We have paid what we have, but can't foot the rest. They will be moving  her from the private hospital to a County one, once the bed is available. Only because we cannot afford the treatment where she currently is. We went to the U.S. consulate today to seek help as well. They didnt give much help, but did provide a list of medical air transport we could call. We must provide air transport for her return to California, but it will be a San Diego medical center. It's the closest.  If any one knows how we can try to get her home and can help with any advice, please please please!!! Help US!
