Get Better Kyle!

Thursday (2/7) Kyle and his mom Lisa were getting ready for work when he collapsed unconscious and not breathing. Lisa preformed CPR until the ambulance arrived and took him to Howard General Hospital. He was sedated and on life support. At this point they didn't know what had happened but knew it was something related to his Pacemaker not operating correctly.
It was quickly decided that he needed to go to John Hopkins for specialized care. Once there he was stabilized, responsive with small movements, but still on life support.
They ran a battery of tests and he had a good night and was alert Friday morning. After going for more tests mid-day Friday the doctors learned that he had clots in his heart and did not expect him to make it to that night.
But they don't know Kyle like we do.
Friday night after lots of emotions he finally gave us hope and started responding again.
Friday night was restful and they ran a few more tests. He greeted us Saturday morning with tiny improvements. Enough to take our chances from .00001% to 5% and we will take it. Because we know Kyle, every moment he's going to fight the good fight.
(Check the update section for daily updates.)
Kyle has more friend, family and people that love him than we can count. But we can only have immediate members at the hospital at this time since hes still in Critical Care.
So please save the flowers for the bees, and the balloons from the turtles and help us help his family out with the outrageous hospital bill we know is already on it's way.
